Not Receiving Email from Us?

An Important Message to Our Customers Concerning Spam Blocking

Spam control software is designed to block "junk" email or email from unknown or unwanted senders. However, these blocking techniques may cause the unintended consequence of blocking messages that you really want to receive.

You may not receive our e-mails if:

  • Your internet service provider offers a Spam blocking feature that requires the sender (i.e., MusicHosting.net) to first respond to a return email in order to be added to a "white list" or approved sender list.
  • You have purchased software for your personal computer that requires the sender (i.e., the IRS) to first respond to a return email in order to be added to an approved sender list
  • You have manually created an approved sender list
  • Other Spam blocking techniques are employed by you or your internet service provider

Following the steps in the next section, “I’m not receiving MusicHosting.net emails, what do I do?” will decrease the possibility that our emails (i.e., replies to your requests, order receipts, billing & activation messages) will be blocked.

I'm not receiving MusicHosting.net emails, what do I do?
If you use a filter to screen incoming email, and you only accept mail from authorized addresses, the filter probably blocked our message from getting to your Inbox. Check your bulk mail or spam folder to see if it is there.

It may be that you did not enter your email address correctly. Sign in using the account name and password you created. Then you can verify or correct your email address if you are granted access.

Most likely, your email provider is unintentionally sending MusicHosting.net’s important email to your Spam or bulk mail folder. To update your settings, please read the appropriate section below if you are using AOL, Earthlink, Hotmail/MSN or Yahoo. If your email provider is not listed, please contact them directly for additional help.
