All products shipped from our warehouse are securely packed to guarantee their safety in transit. In the unlikely event that an item becomes damaged in shipping, or if an item is defective* upon receipt, we will gladly replace that item with the same product at no additional charge to the customer. All returns will be made at the customer's shipping expense. All damage claims must be filed in writing (via email) within 5 business days of receiving the product, no exceptions.
To exchange a damaged or defective product, please send an email to: Billing / Accounts and include your name and zip code used in the original order, the product purchased, the date of purchase as well as a description of the problem. One of our representatives will reply to your request as soon as possible.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. This enables us to provide our customers with the lowest prices possible.
*A defective item is defined as product that is unusable in it's present condition. Minor cosmetic blemishes are not eligible for return.
